This room was designed for relaxation after a long day or for just lounging on the weekends. The color palette was kept natural except for one accent of red in the main table.
Sustainable Flooring Choice:
The flooring choice is made entirley of bamboo and gives off a nice warm feel to this room. Bamboo is an extremely hardwood and a great choice for flooring.
Sustainable Table Choice:
This piece of furniture is made from recycled steel from a wind and solar powered production facility. The modern cutout design is incredible, a truly unique piece of art you can not get from a chain store.

The focus of this design is too maximize comfort and relaxation while reading or lounging. This recliner chair is made from recycled steel hardware and non-toxic water-based finish. The elongated design puts its somewhere between a couch and a chair which is perfect for our room design.

This Cylinder Lamp is hand-made from blown glass that will illuminate the room with a soft, smooth tone, perfect for lounging. Another modern piece you can't pickup just anywhere.

No reading room is complete without a bookshelf. The custom made irregular shape provides another unique piece to the room. It also allows you to store more than just books or magazines, just use your imagination. You will also notice that the surface of the shelves is treated with an organic herbal oil.
